YeaBookr 2024ecVew ojiPrt 回遊性ある「輪」をキーワードに、同社の新しい働き方を実現するオフィスを目指しました。建物中心の吹き抜け周りにワークプレイスや階段を設けることで、社員同士の交流を誘発しつつ、開放感ある空間構成に。内装材に採用した木質材や外装に呼応したタイル、街路樹を望む階段の窓は、社員のリフレッシュにも寄与しています。また、周辺の環境特性を読み解き、利用実態に合わせた空調容量の適正化や、照明設備の計画により、オフィスの快適性を確保しながら『ZEB』を取得しました。短期間での合理的設計とコスト管理のプロジェクトマネジメントを実施した環境配慮型の中規模オフィスモデルです。With "circulation" as the keyword, we aimed to create an office that would realize the company's new way of working. By locating the workspaces and staircases around the atrium in the center of the building, we created an open space that encourages interaction between employees. The wood used for the interior, tiles that match the exterior, and windows on the staircase with views of the street trees also help employees feel refreshed. We also obtained ZEB certification by analyzing the surrounding environmental characteristics, optimizing the air conditioning capacity according to actual usage, and careful planning of the lighting equipment, ensuring a comfortable office environment.
