Year Book 2023Project ViewSustainability▪新園舎と住宅との間に緑豊かな園庭を設けることで、周辺の日照環境を向上▪教育環境と地域の良好な関係を構築▪移転なし、仮設園舎なし、休園期間なしによる建て替え工事▪空気式床輻射冷暖房による穏やかな温熱環境▪トップライトによる自然採光と換気Project Data009Completion Location Building Use Site Area 1,892m²Total Floor Area 1,499m²Floors Structure 都内の住宅地における「居ながら工事」による幼稚園の建て替えです。住宅の庭先や路地などの周辺地域と幼稚園の活動が互いに垣間見え、子どもの教育環境と住民の生活環境が程よい距離感を保ち、開いた関係性を構築することを目指しました。保育室は角に柱や壁がない開放的な空間構成とし、視線が通り、子どもが周囲との多様なつながりを感じられる環境としています。園舎と住宅の間に創出した新たな園庭が、緑豊かな地域の景観となり、日照環境の向上にも寄与しています。A rebuilding project of a kindergarten in a residential area in Tokyo. It required us to proceed with the construction while the facility was in use. We aimed to create an open relationship between the surroundings, such as the residences’ front gardens and alleys, and the kindergarten by offering glimpses into each other’s activities while maintaining a reasonable distance between the children’s educational environment and the residents’ living environment. The classrooms are designed as open spaces without corner columns or walls, unblocking the children’s views so they can experience diverse relationships with the surroundings.
