Year Book 2023Our ttsNewAtemp005We, Mitsubishi Jisho Design, are involved in the business as a project manager and designer, providing technical support in various aspects, including the development of MI Deck (lumber formwork with reinforcement), MOKUWELL HOUSE (wooden detached house), and other products and their implementation into design projects.The Mitsubishi Estate Group has been involved in asset development (Mitsubishi Estate and Mitsubishi Estate Residence), architectural design (Mitsubishi Jisho Design and Mitsubishi Estate Home), and wood processing and wooden construction (Mitsubishi Estate Housing Components). With the establishment of the MEC Industry, the group now has an upstream-to-downstream route for wood utilization, internally completing everything from material procurement to asset development.Through cooperation with the related companies, we will actively use wood in buildings in order to transform cities into “second forests.”当社はここにプロダクトマネージャー・設計者として加わり、MIデッキ（配筋付き製材型枠）やMOKUWELL HOUSE（木造戸建て住宅）などの商品開発や設計プロジェクトへの実導入など、さまざまな技術支援を行っています。三菱地所グループでは、これまでにアセット開発（三菱地所・三菱地所レジデンス）、建築設計（三菱地所設計・三菱地所ホーム）、木材加工や木造施工（三菱地所住宅加工センター）が行われてきましたが、MEC Industryの設立で、グループ内に材料調達からアセット開発までをつなぐ、木材利用における川上から川下までのルートが構築されました。三菱地所設計は関係各社との協力のもと、建築物の積極的な木造・木質化を通じて、都市を「第二の森林」へと変えていくことを目指しています。イラスト：イスナデザイン
