Year Book 2023Ongoing ProjectsThe Grand Outlet — East JakartaCompetition Win for Urban Design of Hangzhou in Zhejiang, China: New Urban Development Toward Super Mix023Indonesia’s first large-scale outlet mall by Mitsubishi Estate and Tuan Sing, a renowned real estate developer, is set to open in late 2023. Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia, our Singapore-based subsidiary, and we offered our extensive experience in Japan and abroad to develop this project. From the concept design to the schematic design, the team also closely reviewed the detailed design produced by the local architect. Themed “Shopping in Nature,” the project stands on an approximately 88,000m2 site and offers about 180 stores. Visitors can enjoy shopping in the dappled sunlight amid the five spaces inspired by the abundant natural landscape of its site in Karawang.Our plan was selected in the master plan competition for the rapidly developing Yangtze Delta region’s new central business district, Hangzhou Qianjiang New City Phase Two Industrial Headquarters Core Area. We provided detailed design and created a guideline. The plan to create an industrial center is based on the 4 Layers x 5 Hubs + 1 System scheme; four functions required of a city (history and culture, ecological landscape, citizen’s vitality, and transportation function) and a system (city management program) are developed around five railroad stations as hubs. The plan proposes to organically link these layers and hubs to encourage innovation, human communication, and a lush green environment, leading to the city of the future that develops sustainably.三菱地所と総合デベロッパーTuan Sing社による、インドネシア初の大規模アウトレットモールの工事が、2023年下期の開業に向け進行中です。当社とシンガポールの現地法⼈であるMitsubishi Jisho Design Asiaは、国内外での豊富な実績を活かし、コンセプト策定、基本構想・基本設計、現地設計者による詳細設計へのレビューを実施。約88,000m2の敷地に約180店舗を誘致する本プロジェクトのテーマは「Shopping in Nature」。木漏れ日のような光が降り注ぐ中、インドネシア・カラワン県の豊かな自然の⾵景にインスピレーションを得た５つの空間を行き来しながらショッピングを楽しめます。急速に経済発展が進む長江デルタ地帯、その新たなCBD「杭州市銭江新城二期産業本部核心区」マスタープランのコンペに当社の計画が採択され、深化設計とガイドライン作成を行いました。産業の集積地をつくる本計画では、「４レイヤー×５ハブ＋1システム」を掲げ、都市に要求される４機能（歴史と文化、生態的な景観、市民の活力、交通機能）とシステム（都市の運営プログラム）を、5つの鉄道駅を拠点に展開。各レイヤーおよびハブを有機的に結びつけ、そこで生じるイノベーションや⼈びとのコミュニケーション、緑豊かな環境によって、持続的に発展していく未来のまちを提案しています。「Super Mix」を目指す新たなまちづくり中国・浙江省杭州市の都市設計コンペに当選The Grand Outlet - East Jakarta
