Year Book 2023Ongoing Projects大阪駅前で進むまちづくり「うめきたプロジェクト」。その第2期開発「グラングリーン大阪」が、2024年の先行まちびらきに向け工事中です。当社は、開発地区面積約91,150m2に及ぶ本計画の全体計画立案に民間開発事業者選定時より参画し、官民連携で整備されるエリア中央の都市公園「（仮称）うめきた公園」*1と、これに面する南街区の賃貸棟*2に携わっています。本開発は令和3年度国土交通省サステナブル建築物等先導事業（省CO2先導型）に採択され、「水都・大阪」における水資源循環への貢献や、周辺の生態環境と連動した生物多様性への配慮、CO2排出量削減などに取り組んでいます。スーパーシティ型国家戦略特別区域に指定された大阪府・大阪市が目指す、「みどり」と「イノベーション」の融合拠点となる開発です。*1基本設計：日建設計・三菱地所設計*2設計：三菱地所設計・日建設計・大林組・竹中工務店、監理：三菱地所設計・日建設計札幌の新たな都心として開発が進む創成東地区。その都市軸の結節点に新聞社の本社を移転するプロジェクトです。ワーカーにコミュニケーションを促し、その活動（Connect／Collaboration／Colorful）を展開させる空間「３Cゾーン」を大通沿いに配置。情報を生産・発信するためのアクティビティが、新聞紙面をモチーフにしたファサードに表出し、背後の合理的な執務空間とともにフレキシブルなメディアセンターを構成します。同社のキャッチフレーズ「変革と挑戦」を体現する、地域のシンボルとなる建物を目指します（2024年8月末竣工予定）。022GRAND GREEN OSAKAThe Hokkaido Shimbun Press —East4 project—*1 Basic design: Nikken Sekkei / Mitsubishi Jisho Design*2 Design: Mitsubishi Jisho Design / Nikken Sekkei / Obayashi Corporation / Takenaka Corporation, Supervision: Mitsubishi Jisho Design / Nikken SekkeiThe Umekita Project is an urban development underway in front of Osaka Station. The second phase of the project, Grand Green Osaka, is currently under construction with an anticipated communal pre-opening in 2024. We have participated in the overall planning of the project, which covers about 91,150m2, since the selection of a private developer, and is involved in the Umekita Park (tentative name)*1, an urban park in the center of the area to be developed through a public-private partnership, and the tenant building*2 in the south block facing the park.The project was selected for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s 2021 Sustainable Building Leadership Project (CO2 reduction leadership type). It contributes to water resource recycling in Aqua Metropolis Osaka, considers biodiversity in conjunction with the surrounding ecology, and aims to reduce CO2 emissions. The development will be the integration center for Green and Innovation, the goals of Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City designated as a Super City National Strategic Special Zone.The Sosei Higashi district is being developed as Sapporo’s new city center. The project is to relocate the newspaper’s headquarters to a node of the urban axis. Along Odori Avenue, we placed a space called the 3C Zone that encourages communication among the company’s workers and allows their actions (Connect/Collaboration/Colorful) to unfold. The activities for producing and disseminating information are expressed on the newspaper-motif façade, and together with effi cient offi ce space inside, they constitute a fl exible media center.
