We analyzed the uniquely Taiwanese urban cross-section where 50-meter-tall high-rise buildings line the arterial road near the site, and the low-rise residential area covers the land behind them. Based on this analysis, we created a multilayered forest with no strong whirlwind produced by tall buildings to realize an urban oasis where people, insects, and birds can linger around. The low-rise building, consisting of large-span office space and commercial facilities, has a rooftop with vegetation spanning 930 square meters floating 21 meters above the ground. The office tower’s façade is designed to be environmentally friendly with the formal design of the plan and the eaves on each floor that reduce the air conditioning load from the intense sunlight and considers the wind condition of the low-rise section, while maximizing the view.Completion Location Building Use Site Area 9,081m²Total Floor Area 60,665m²Floors Structure March 2021Taipei, TaiwanOffice, Retail, Parking 20 above ground,6 basementS, RC台北松山空港近くの地下鉄駅に直結した、オフィスビル（一部商業施設）。計画周辺の幹線道路沿いに高さ約 50m の建築群が並び、その内側に低層住宅地が連続する台湾独特の都市断面を分析し、「ビル⾵がない立体の森」をつくることで、⼈や虫、鳥が佇むアーバンオアシスを目指しました。大スパンのオフィスと商業施設からなる低層棟の屋上に広大な約930m2、地上約21ｍの立体緑地を創出。オフィスタワーは平面形状や各階の庇により、強い日差しによる空調負荷低を低減しつつ、低層部の⾵環境に配慮し、眺望を最大限確保する環境ファサードを構築しました。富邦人壽渣打銀行大樓
