Year Book 2023Overseas ProjectsTrinity TowerProject Data019A mixed-use facility consisting of a 246-meter-tall offi ce tower and an annex (a commercial facility and parking) in Jakarta’s central business district called Golden Triangle. The office tower is angled 45° from the street to create space on the ground, avoiding direct views from the surrounding buildings and improving its symbolic presence. Furthermore, the lower part of the parking building includes a commercial function, creating activities between the building and the offi ce tower so that the bustle can organically spread into the city. The project adopts an RC structure, an economical choice in Southeast Asia, and off ers four uniformly shaped office spaces on each floor thanks to a 45 by 45 meters plan with a square core. The tower has slits on the corners, creating 1-to-8 slender proportion facades, and the vertical fins add an ascending feel to the design.Completion LocationBuilding Use Site AreaTotal Floor AreaFloors Structure March 2021Jakarta, IndonesiaOffi ce, Retail, Parking 16,007m²143,167m²50 above ground,1 basementRCインドネシア、ジャカルタの「ゴールデン・トライアングル」と呼ばれるビジネス中心地区に建つ、高さ246mのオフィスタワーとアネックス（商業施設・駐車場）からなる複合施設。オフィスタワーを道路に対して45度振って配置することで空間的なゆとりを生み出し、近隣ビルとの見合いを解決しながらタワーのシンボル性を高めました。また、駐車場棟低層部に商業施設を設け、オフィスタワーとの間にアクティビティを生み出すことにより、賑わいが街と有機的に連続します。東南アジアでは経済的なRC造を採用し、45×45mの平面、正方形のコアにより均質な４面のオフィス空間を確保。外観はコーナー部にスリットを設けて1対8のスレンダーなプロポーションとし、ファサードに縦フィンを設置してデザインに上昇感を与えています。［ 海外プロジェクト］Trinity TowerOverseas Projects
