Year Book 2023Project ViewProject Data011Completion Location Building Use Site Area 1,023m²Total Floor Area 5,784m²Floors Structure 1913年創業の製薬会社の本社ビルを建て替える計画です。改めて「本社」に求められることを再考し、⼈と⼈、⼈と空間・アイデア・環境など、様々なつながりを創り、イノベーションへと「つながるオフィス」を目指しました。 オフィスエリアに直接面する幅広の屋内階段が、部署・フロアの垣根を越えた社員同⼠のつながりを促します。外観は敷地の広い間口を活かした横連窓とし、窓間のPCa版に凹凸をつけて色調を変えたデザインにより、独創性を重んじ、堅実に歴史を積み重ねてきた同社の社⾵を表現しています。A rebuilding project of the head office of a pharmaceutical company founded in 1913. The company reconsidered what is required of a “head office.” Our design aims to foster various relationships, such as between people, and between people and space, ideas, and environment, encouraging innovation in the office. The wide indoor staircase directly connecting to the office area on each floor promotes communication among the employees regardless of their departments or floors. The façade consists of ribbon windows that leverage the site’s width.
