Year Book 2022Project ViewProject Data009Completion Location Building Use Site Area 2,842m²Total Floor Area 13,451m²Floors Structure 東京都文京区本郷の住宅地に位置する同社オフィスの現位置での建て替え。外装の庇付きL字型のPCa版による、陰影を用いたボリュームの分節や、低い軒下空間・緑・格子塀により構成される、住宅レベルのスケール感を持たせたアプローチなど、住宅地の環境・スケールに合わせたデザイン・空間構成としています。また、天井放射空調と床滲み出し空調の採用や吹き抜けを介しての自然換気、ワーカーの積極的な利用を促す階段の計画など、社員の健康にも配慮した建築となっています。A rebuilding project of the Hongo Office of Fukuda Denshi Co., Ltd., located at the same site in a residential area of Hongo, Bunkyo City, Tokyo. The design and spatial composition keep the residential environment and scale, with the volume articulated by shade from the L-shaped PCa slabs with exterior eaves and the approach with residential scale composed of space under the low eave, greenery, and a lattice fence.
