Year Book 2022Construction nagntMaeme028Supporting Business Operators for Nishiki 3-Chome 25th Block Project as Architectural Designer and CMThis large-scale, mixed-use development project consists of the construction of two buildings—comprising offices, a hotel, stores, and other facilities with a total area of over 180,000 m2—and a plaza-like open space in a block that will serve as a new core for activating the Minato Mirai 21 Central District. Mitsubishi Jisho Design joined the project as the construction manager from the schematic design phase. During the design phase, we provided technical support to the business operators in terms of quality, cost, and schedule. During the construction phase, we serve as a contact point for discussions with the design-builder and fully support the operators’ decision-making by validating and discussing the details of design changes.This large-scale, multi-purpose building—Nagoya’s new landmark consisting of offices, a hotel, a cinema complex, and retails—is based on a concept SAKAE URBAN FABRIC, a base for the creation of cultural and interactive values that weave together the “world,” “people,” and “city” in Japan and overseas. We aim to create a symbolic tower with an exterior design that interprets Sakae’s various urban elements as yarns and expresses how they are “spun,” “woven,” and “worn.” The construction is currently underway, with targeted completion in March 2026. Mitsubishi Jisho Design joined the project from the business proposal phase and created the project plan. Following the selection of our proposal, we have been providing technical support to the business operators as the co-designer with the contractor in the design phase and as the construction manager and exterior supervisor in the construction phase.みなとみらい21中央地区の活性化に向けた新たな核となる街区に、約18万㎡を超えるオフィス・ホテル・店舗などで構成される2棟と広場状空地の整備を行う大規模複合開発プロジェクトです。当社は基本設計段階からCMrとして参画し、設計段階では品質・コスト・スケジュールにおける事業者の技術的支援を実施、工事施工段階では設計施工者との協議窓口として、設計変更内容確認・協議等を通じ事業者の意思決定を全面的に支援しています。名古屋の新たなランドマークとなり、「世界」と「人」と「まち」をつむぐ国内外の文化・交流価値創造拠点＝「SAKAE URBAN FABRIC」をコンセプトとし、オフィス・ホテル・シネコン・店舗などで構成される大規模複合ビルのプロジェクト。外装デザインは、栄のさまざまな都市要素を糸に見立て「紡ぎ、織りなし、纏う」さまを表現するシンボルタワーの実現を目指しています。現在、2026年3月竣工に向けて工事が進行中。当社は事業プロポ段階から参画し計画案を作成、プロポ当選後の設計段階は施工者との共同設計、工事段階ではCM及び外装監修者として事業者への技術的支援を実施しています。提供：三菱地所［ コンストラクションマネジメント ］MJD as Construction Manager Supporting Business Operators in YOKOHAMA SYMPHOSTAGE Minato Mirai 21 Central District Block 53 Development Project「（仮称）錦三丁目25番街区計画」において設計及びCMとして事業者を支援「横浜シンフォステージ（みなとみらい中央地区53街区開発事業）」においてCMrとして事業者を支援Construction Management
