Year Book 2022Consulting Projects027This mixed-use development project contains offices, a theater, and a hotel in Tokyo’s Akasaka, a town with both historical and progressive characters. We are responsible for the design, as well as supporting the urban planning proposal. The project has been designated as a National Strategic Special Zone plan thanks to our efforts that include creating a bustling space where the station and the town are integrated without a visible boundary between them, and providing functions for disseminating entertainment and fostering and facilitating exchanges among creators. We are promoting urban development that adds new colors to the area. (Urban planning decided in: November 2021)This is a development plan for core logistics facilities with a dedicated rampway connected directly to an expressway interchange. The project, which was proposed and materialized by leveraging our civil engineering capabilities, will accommodate next-generation mobility. The vast site required for the construction is planned to be generated through a land readjustment project conducted by Mitsubishi Estate and the landowners. Mitsubishi Jisho Design proposed the strategy and supported consensus building among various parties. We are responsible for designing, supervising and consulting on the project.Akasaka 2・6 Project赤坂二・六丁目地区開発計画MJD’s Civil Engineering and Consulting Capabilities Enable Development Project for Japan’s First “Next-Generation Core Logistics Center” Directly Connected to Expressway Interchange歴史性と先進性を併せ持つ東京・赤坂の街に、オフィス・劇場・ホテルなどを複合的に整備するプロジェクトです。当社はその設計を担うとともに都市計画提案を支援しています。本計画は、駅とまちの境界を感じさせない「駅まち一体」の賑わい空間の創出、エンタテインメントの発信機能やクリエイターの育成・交流機能の整備などにより国家戦略特別区域計画の認定を取得しました。街に新たな彩を与えられるようなまちづくりを進めています。（都市計画決定：2021年11月）当社が土木技術力を活かして提案・実現した、高速道路ICと直結する専用ランプウェイを有し、次世代モビリティの受け入れが可能な基幹物流施設の開発計画が進行中です。施設建設に必要な広大な敷地は、三菱地所と各地権者との協働による土地区画整理事業により創出される予定で、当社が企画提案し、各種合意形成を支援することで実現しました。当社はその設計監理及び事業コンサルティングを担当しています。土木技術とコンサルティングにより、日本初の高速道路IC直結「次世代基幹物流施設」開発計画が始動
