It is at a strategic location close to the new Light Rail Transit (LRT) station and approximately one hour from the international airport. The design strives to offer space and time of the highest quality that shall not be outdated in a rapidly changing social environment. Design concept of “Heirloom”, like jewels of lasting value that are passed down from generation to generation, envisages timeless quality that this development should stand for. The prismatic form of the building is inspired by the elements of an elegant gemstone ring.
