Year Book 2022Ongoing Projects020Kaohsiung Fubon AoZihDi commercial development projectProject DataThis is a large-scale, mixed-use development by Fubon Life Insurance Co., Ltd., one of Taiwan’s largest financial groups, currently in progress in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is located in the Aozihdi area, a new commercial district in the northern part of the city, and consists of two high-rise office and hotel towers and a low-rise building comprising commercial and entertainment facilities and an aquarium. The project, which is directly connected to the light rail and subway Aozihdi stations, will become a new center for promoting activities in the area.With a design concept, URBAN OASIS, that combines Kaohsiung’s abundant water and greenery with people’s activities in the city, we designed SKY OASIS, a sky lobby serving as an interaction space connecting different facilities, and green terraces on the lower levels to link the generous greenery on the ground level to the podium’s rooftop.Completion Location Building Use Site Area Total Floor Area Approx. 506,600m²48 above ground, Floors 6 basement Structure S, SRC2026 (Scheduled)Gushan DistrictKaohsiung City, TaiwanOffice, Hospitality,Retail, Entertainmentfacilities, Aquarium38,466m² 台湾・高雄市で進められる大規模複合開発。台湾最大級の金融グループ・富邦人壽保險股份有限公司が投資計画を行う定期借地権プロジェクト。計画地は高雄市の北にある新しい商業ゾーンとなる凹子底エリアに位置し、オフィスとホテルの高層タワー２棟と、商業施設・エンターテイメント施設・水族館などからなる低層棟で構成され、地下鉄凹子底駅とライトレール駅に直結した地域の新たな賑わい拠点となります。高雄の豊かな水・緑と、人びとの都市でのアクティビティを融合させた「URBAN OASIS」をデザインコンセプトとし、各施設を繋ぐ交流空間となるスカイロビー「SKY OASIS」をはじめ、低層部に緑化テラスを設けることで、地上レベルの豊富な緑を低層部屋上までつなぐデザインとしています。［ 進行中プロジェクト ］高雄 MRT凹おうしてい子底駅前プロジェクトOngoingProjects
