Year Book 2022Project ViewProject ViewKMG Bldg.Project Data015Completion Location Building Use Site Area 1,879m²Total Floor Area 10,412m²Floors Structure 福岡市内の幹線道路沿いに建つ自動車販売会社の本社兼ショールーム・飲食店舗・テナントオフィスからなる複合ビルです。女性や若者が気軽に利用できるショールームとするため、1 階をカフェとしてまちに開き、地域との絆を象徴する白い「帯」によってショールームと街がシームレスに繋がる空間を実現しました。クライアントの経営ビジョンである『地域に愛される店づくり、人づくり』を体現した計画です。Located along an arterial road in Fukuoka City, this mixed-use building comprises an auto dealer’s headquarters and showroom, a restaurant, and rented offices. The showroom is intended to be used casually by women and young people, so the building’s ground floor is opened up to the city as a café, and the white “belt” that symbolizes the ties to the community seamlessly links the showroom and the city.
