Year Book 2022Project ViewProject Data013Completion Location Building Use Site Area 5,221m²Total Floor Area 48,671m²Floors Structure 三菱ＵＦＪ銀行の中部エリアにおける拠点ビルの建て替え計画。銀行窓口機能を2階に配置し、1階には、地域に開放されたロビーやにぎわいや情報発信を生み出す貨幣・浮世絵ミュージアムや店舗を配置し、街とつながる開かれた建築を目指しています。建物の中央部には2層吹き抜けのリフレッシュスペースと、これに一体化するコミュニケーションステップ（内部階段）を設け、ワーカー同士の交流や発見、つながりを誘発する計画としました。A rebuilding project of MUFG Bank’s base in the Chubu area. We designed an open architecture connected to the city by placing the bank’s teller function on the second floor and the Money & Ukiyo-e Museum and shops, which create activities and disseminate information, on the first floor.
