Year Book 2022Project ViewProject Data011Completion Location Building Use Site Area Total Floor Area 6,157m²Floors Structure 「北海道を体感する」をコンセプトに、建物からホテル運営まで、北海道産の建材や食材などの活用にこだわった「究極の地産地消」を目指す国内初の高層ハイブリッド木造ホテルです。建物は地下1階から地上8階までが鉄筋コンクリート造（8階床の一部にCLTを採用）、9階から塔屋階の上部4層を純木造（床：CLT、壁：高耐力壁／拡張型SSW14工法）とした立面ハイブリッド構造。建物全体として1,200㎥超の木材を使用し、その8割以上に北海道産材を使用しています。Based on the concept “Experiencing Hokkaido,” the country’s first high-rise, hybrid timber structure hotel aims to achieve “the ultimate local food production and consumption” by adamantly utilizing local building materials and foodstuff from the building to the hotel operation. The building is designed as a vertical hybrid structure with reinforced concrete structure from the first underground floor to the eighth above-ground floor (the eighth-level floor partially uses CLT) and pure timber structure for the top four levels from the ninth floor to the tower floor (floor: CLT, wall: high-strength load bearing wall/extended SSW14 construction method).
