Based on the regional and historical characteristics of the site■ which overlooks the Dojima River below■ the ongoing project rebuilds the building into a 32-above-ground-story and approximately 142-meter-high complex with offices and a hotel at its core. A new tourist center will be born, with a tourist gallery on the middle ■oor that will introduce the charms of the city and, at the top, an open-air bath owned by an international-class hotel In the adjacent Dojima Park■ tourist toilets and a boat dock will be built to serve as a waterfront base for Aqua Metropolis Osaka.
