We are participating in the project as a CMr (construction manager) in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate■s project management support We consistently o■er the client technical support in terms of quality, cost and schedule by providing the design reviews from schematic design phase to construction document phase and monitoring construction QA/QC process. The construction is currently underway aiming to the completion date in July 2023. As a member of the Mitsubishi Estate Group, we will continue to provide comprehensive support for the real estate business in the upcoming interior and exterior construction of the office■ hotel■ stores■ and hall The Nagasaki Stadium City Project■ promoted by Regional Creation Nagasaki■ a group company of Japanet Holdings■ is a project to develop■ on a former factory site, an arena, offices, commercial facilities, and a hotel, with a soccer stadium at the core. The project aims to be a private-sector-led model for regional development that combines excitement and business. We are participating in the project as a CMr from the schematic design phase. We also support the selection of the architect and contractor and manage cost and schedule through the construction document phase.
