In 2021, Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei celebrated its 20th anniversary.Last year was the 130th anniversary of establishing the Marunouchi Architectural Office at Mitsubishi Company, our company’s origin. And this year marks the 20th anniversary of the comprehensive design firm, Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei, since the Design Management Division of Mitsubishi Estate became an independent company. It's a milestone year for the company’s coming-of-age. Since its founding, we have made full use of the comprehensive capabilities that only a full-service design firm can offer. By doing so, we have structured our company to provide our clients with multifaceted support not only through architectural design but also through collaboration across fields, including master planning, engineering, district heating and cooling, and construction management.Today, we are focused on designing and supervising new constructions of large-scale complex developments and offices while also actively engaged in renovation, construction management, and consulting. In addition, we are strengthening our overseas projects in China, Taiwan, ASEAN countries, and beyond.With the global spread of the novel coronavirus, we are witnessing a rapid shift from traditional values in the ways we think about cities and architecture. We will continue to collaborate with our stakeholders to realize a sustainable society while pursuing the meaning of “genuine riches” for the future.“We are constantly evolving.
