Mizuho Marunouchi Tower and Japanese Bankers Association were designed into a single building with two different heights. Together with the Marunouchi Terrace (a separate building), varying exterior finishes create a sense of independence for each building. The basements are integrated to consolidate mechanical facilities, allowing for the increased volume used for business, the improvement of disaster prevention performance, and the introduction of a district heating and cooling (DHC) facility A portion of the outdoor area was jointly developed with the adjacent building.
