Ongoing Projects上海融僑中心Shanghai Rong Qiao Center鉄工場として産業を支え、その役目を終えた後は、アートセンターとして人々に親しまれてきた街区の再開発です。赤レンガの保存建物を再生し、オフィスと文化・商業施設を新設して、歴史と芸術が融合したCreative Cityを創出します。かつて赤レンガ建物に面する芝生広場だった部分は、緑あふれる中庭として再生し、都会のオアシスとして、再び人々が憩える場所になるよう計画しました。その中庭を取り囲むように配置された商業施設では、まるでアートや森の中で食事や買い物をしているかのような体験を楽しむことができます。This is a project to redevelop the site of a former steel factory, which had ended its role as infrastructure for industry and then enjoyed a second life as a popular art center. Existing red brick buildings will be preserved, renovated, and joined by new buildings to house offices, shops, bistros, and cultural spaces to form a new Creative City. The grassy plaza faced by the red brick buildings will become a lush inner garden, an oasis in the city where people can come again for rest and relaxation.
