組織設計事務所の特徴を生かした多様なコンストラクションマネジメント業務を展開Diverse Construction Management Services That Harness the Strengths of a Full-Service Architectural Firm旧宮古市本庁舎は耐震性能不足に加えて2011年東日本大震災津波で一時孤立したことから、防災拠点としての機能を担う上で建て替えが急務となりました。 新庁舎は市民交流センター・保健センターとの複合施設となっています。CMとして、「複合施設・防災拠点としての品質の確保」、「事業予算内の完成、補助金の積極的な導入」、「指定された期限での竣工の実現」、「実施設計・工事施工によるデザインビルド方式の円滑な推進と発注契約に伴う地元貢献」といった目標を達成するため、基本設計から供用開始までの一連の建設管理を支援しました。津田塾大学 アリス・メイベル・ベーコン記念館では、女子大初の総合政策学部新設にあたり、CMの立場で発注者組織およびプロジェクト関係者の意思決定と合意形成を支援しました。設計監理は槇総合計画事務所（総合）と当社（構造・設備）にて担当し、デザイン・エンジニアリング・マネジメントが一体化したプロジェクト運営を実現しました。After the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake of 2011, there was an urgent need to rebuild the City Hall of Miyako to support a disaster prevention program. The new building is a multi-use facility that also includes a health center and an open meeting and activity center. Our CM work began in the early planning stages and continued through delivery. Its objectives were to ensure the quality of the building as a multi-use and disaster prevention facility, to complete the project within budget, to help secure public assistance, to complete the project on schedule, to ensure smooth execution of the design-build process, and to contribute to the local economy via contracting.Alice Mabel Bacon Hall at Tsuda University houses the rst Department of Policy Studies to be established at a women’s university. For this project, we supported consensus building and decision making by the client organization and project stakeholders.
