MARK IS 福岡ももちProject ViewMARK IS fukuoka-momochi福岡・シーサイドももち地区の新たな地域共創を目指した大型商業施設です。海や街の風景をコンセプトに、外壁のおおらかな曲線で波や海風を、素材感や色彩で砂浜や街のにぎわいを表現しています。内部はフロアごとに港町、街、町、空をテーマに特徴を持たせたデザインとし、施設中心の連続する吹き抜けと大階段の空間「Oh！KAIDAN」はさまざまなヒト・モノ・コトが出会う場としてにぎわいと広がりを持たせています。This is a large shopping, dining, and entertainment facility in the Seaside Momoichi district of Fukuoka. The design concept was seascape and townscape. The sweeping curves of the exterior express the waves and wind of the sea, while colors and materials express sandy beaches and the vitality of the town. Each oor in the interior has a design keyed to a theme such as port, town, or sky.
