Project View旧名古屋銀行本店ビル （THE CONDER HOUSE 1926）Project ViewNagoya Bank Head Office (The Conder House, 1926)地域に親しまれてきた歴史的建築である旧名古屋銀行本店（1926年竣工）を保存、改修し、レストラン、ウエディング、ブライダル機能を備えた施設に用途変更をしました。建築物の価値を伝えながら、事業が成立し、安全・快適に使え、まちづくりに貢献することの三点を実現し、名古屋駅エリアと栄エリアをつなぐ、伏見の街ににぎわいを創出することを目指しました。This project is the conversion of the former head office of Nagoya Bank (completed in 1926), a much loved historical monument, into a guest house with restaurants and wedding hall and bridal services. While conveying the building’s historical value, the conversion ensures that the building is suitable for purpose, safe, and enjoyable.
