RevitRevit®によるモデリングDynamoプログラミングExcel®による情報整理条件表計算書選定書DynamoExcelBIM（Building Information Modeling）をより身近なものとし、建物の設計から竣工後の運用管理まで利活用できる情報連携体系の構築を目指し、設計業務の効率化や設計品質の向上を目的としたツールを開発するとともに、施工、運用段階でも同様のシステムが活用できるスキームを構築しました。また、これまで十分に成し得なかったシミュレーション技術との情報連携を可能とし、さらには先進的なビジュアライゼーション技術への展開と、将来を見据えた実用的な機能開発に取り組みます。具体的には、Microsoft Excelを用いたAutodesk Revitとの連携ツールを自社開発することで、建物の企画、設計、施工、運用に至るすべてのフェーズにおいて有用な情報に汎用性や柔軟性を持たせ、設計業務を飛躍的に効率化させるものです。汎用性の高いソフトを利用するため、設計から運用管理に関わる全てのステークホルダーにとって親和性が高く、環境を大きく変えることなく情報連携することが可能となります。BIM in Excel – Development of a Broadly Useful BIM SystemR&DWith the aim of developing a more accessible Building Information Modeling (BIM) system, one that would be useful in building design, construction, and management, we have developed a tool to improve design e ciency and quality, as well as a framework that will allow tools of the same kind to be used in the construction and management phases. The system enables interworking with simulation technology, which until now has been difficult. Work is continuing to enable links to advanced visualization technology, and to develop functions that will be broadly useful in the future.Specifically, we developed a tool to allow Microsoft Excel to interact with Autodesk Revit. In all phases, from planning through design and construction to management, it makes useful information flexible and generalized, for a dramatic increase in designer working efficiency.
