横浜ゴム研究開発センター第二ビルProject ViewYokohama Rubber Company R&D Center Building 2平塚製造所内に建設された技術開発棟。各開発部門の技術者相互の交流を促すため、全フロアにコミュニケーションコーナーを設け、スキップフロア状に連続させることで、１階から屋上庭園まで緩やかなつながりをつくりだしています。南面に設置した水平ルーバーは高さ方向に段階的に回転させ、かつ長さ方向の中央部でねじることで日射遮蔽と同時に、吹き抜けからの眺望、植栽への光の取り込みを可能にしています。This is an R&D building at the Yokohama Rubber Co. Hiratsuka Factory. To encourage interaction between researchers, every floor has a communication corner and is linked with other floors from the first floor to the rooftop garden by the split-level floor plan.
