Year Book 2016International ProjectsInternational Projects［ インターナショナルプロジェクト ］台北遼寧街ホテルプロジェクトFubon Liaoning Hotel Taipei台湾最大級の金融グループによるホテルと商業の複合施設計画です。計画地は台北市内北部、国際線が復活した台北松山飛行場からほど近い古くからの市街地にあり、ハイグレードホテルの開発が活発化しています。周辺の住宅や公園へのビル風の影響を考慮し、コンセプトに“Wind shape Design”を掲げて、現地の風環境から隅角部やホテルファサード妻面のデザインを決定しました。具体的には、平面は矩形の短辺側両端が細長い八角形とし、さらに頂点８か所に縦型風軽減フィンを設置、またスラブ先に水平フィンを設置することでビル風をコントロールします。This is a plan for a mixed-use hotel and retail complex by a leading financial services group in Taiwan. It is located in a modern urban district in the northern part of Taipei, close to the Taipei Songshan Airport, which has recently resumed international ights. To mitigate the building wind eect for the surrounding residential and park district, a “Wind shape Design” concept was developed and used to determine the design of the corners and narrow side of the hotel facade. Specically, the typical oor plan is shaped as a narrow octagon, considering reduction of wind pressure, and wind is controlled by installing vertical wind mitigation fins at eight corners and horizontal fins at the slab edges.
