Year Book 2016Ongoing ProjectOngoing Project［ 進行中プロジェクト ］宝塚市新庁舎・新水道局合築プロジェクトTakarazuka city government extension水道局舎の建替事業の一環で、建物とランドスケープを設計しました。現宝塚市庁舎（水道局舎を除く）は村野藤吾氏設計で、武庫川からの景観が市民の心象風景の一つとなっています。この景観に配慮し、現市庁舎の魅力をより高めるような配置・建築計画を模索。現在車寄せと駐車場となっている現庁舎内側の空間を中庭として整備し、新水道局を一層分持ち上げ下部をピロティ空間とすることで、県道側から中庭まで自由に出入りできる構成としました。また、新たな玄関口としてエントランス棟を設け、現庁舎の魅力を増す正面性をつくりだしています。This project is part of the reconstruction of the city’s waterworks bureau building, and consists of building design and landscaping. The current offices of the Takarazuka City government (excepting the waterworks building)were designed by Togo Murano, and the view of the oces from Muko River is one of the best-loved sights in the area. Care was taken to ensure that the arrangement and architectural design of the new extension enhance the attractiveness of the existing oces. A space now devoted to parking and a vehicle approach will be made into a central courtyard. The waterworks bureau will be raised and supported by pilotis to allow free access to the courtyard from the prefectural road side. A new entrance building will be provided to create an attractive new front side for the existing oces.
