Topics01［ トピックス ］シンガポールに現地法人を設立Singapore Subsidiary Established2016年5月、ASEAN 諸国におけるさらなる事業拡大を目的として、「Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei Asia Pte. Ltd.（日本名：三菱地所設計アジア社）」を設立しました。2013年の駐在員事務所設立以来、シンガポールはもとより、タイ、インドネシア、マレーシアを中心に情報収集や市場調査などを行い、ビジネスネットワークを築いてきました。その結果、実際にプロジェクトの受注が見込めることなどから、現地法人を設立し事業機会獲得に向けた体制を強化することとしました。今後、ASEAN、オセアニア諸国において、オフィスビルや大規模複合施設の設計、T.O.D.マスタープランニング、地域冷房を含む環境・省エネ技術など、当社の得意とする分野でこれら地域の街づくりに貢献してまいります。In May 2016, Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei Asia Pte. Ltd. was established in Singapore for the purpose of advancing Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei’s expanding business in the ASEAN countries. Via a Singapore branch oce opened in 2013, the firm has been gathering information, conducting market research and developing a business network not only in Singapore but also in Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. The decision to strengthen its presence through a subsidiary reects the resulting upturn in prospects for participating in projects in the region and an increase in new business opportunities.In the future, the new firm will advance Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei’s contributions to urban and community development in the ASEAN and Oceania regions in its areas of special expertise, such as the design of oce buildings and large-scale mixed use facilities, master planning for transit oriented development (TOD), and energy-saving technologies, including district heating and cooling.Year Book 2016Topics031
