Year Book 2016Project View大手門タワー・ＪＸビルProject ViewOtemon Tower / JX Building隣接敷地と一体で都市再生特区として開発された事務所を主体とした複合ビルです。国際的ビジネス拠点整備、地域環境改善、最先端設備・環境負荷低減への貢献、高度防災都市機能強化、歩行者ネットワークの整備を行いました。民間では初となる皇居濠水の浄化・貯留施設を整備し、水質改善による都市観光資源の価値向上に貢献しています。This is a mixed-use office building, developed together with the adjoining site as a "Urban Renaissance" project. In addition to providing a new international business center, it improves the environment of the area, upgrades the city’s urban disaster prevention capabilities, and expands the local pedestrian network.
